Anybody wants to live longer. While scientists are trying to find marvelous medicines to prolong human life, there are several simple daily habits that help years to our lives. By simply having breakfast, doing exercises, brushing teeth, drinking water, having good sleep and keeping in touch with friends we can make our lives longer.
Sleepless nights and a lack of quality sleep make you feel tired all day. They can even shorten your life as well. Frankly, lack of relaxation and sleep causes stress and anxiety which can result in the risk of many serious diseases, including cancer, heart disease, diabetes and obesity. You are advised to have some classical music or massage therapy to have a good sleep.

Having breakfast is a very important habit that can help you live longer. Some studies suggest that people who eat breakfast are less likely to be obese than others. Having breakfast brings you better feeling in both mentality and physicality.
Friends, clubs, and social networks bring positively impact our physical and mental body. They can give us useful information, suggests and advice when we share our concerns and problems such as depression and anxiety. Having friends and sharing with them, we can add years to our lives.
Keeping in touch with friends
Doing exercises everyday helps us healthier. According to recent studies, doing exercise regularly, we can live up to three years longer. Therefore, let’s be more creative to get opportunity for exercise. For example, you can walk to work instead of using other vehicles and take the stairs if you work or live in a high building.

Brushing your teeth everyday can add 6.4 years to your life because poor oral hygiene can cause unpleasant gum diseases such as gingivitis. By brushing daily, we can get rid of bacteria and avoid diseases that lead to the arteries.
Everyone knows that water is essential to our bodies. We can’t live without it because it helps regulate our body temperature, transport oxygen to cells, protect our organs and so on. It is so clear that water can also help maintain our health and prolong our lives.
